A full-day, science-driven conference designed to expand clinical understanding, challenge long-standing assumptions, and strengthen professional decision-making in electrolysis practice.

The program features 5 senior electrologists, alongside experts from dermatology, trichology, and endocrinology, and includes a select number of distinguished guest speakers whose participation will be revealed exclusively to conference attendees.

These invited guest speakers bring exceptional scientific and clinical expertise, offering perspectives that significantly deepen understanding of complex topics and elevate the overall educational value of the conference.

Participants will gain:

• evidence-based insights grounded in current research and decades of clinical experience,

• deeper understanding of why specific techniques, parameters, and strategies are effective in different clinical scenarios,

• clarity in complex cases involving skin response, pigmentary risk, and hormonal conditions such as PCOS,

• and a stronger scientific framework for confident, informed decision-making in daily practice.

Each lecture is followed by dedicated Q&A sessions, providing the opportunity for in-depth discussion, direct questions to speakers, and exploration of real clinical challenges.

To ensure full accessibility for an international audience, all lectures will be translated live into English and Russian.

Day 1 Scientific Conference

An intensive, practice-focused workshop day led by senior electrologists with over 20 years of clinical experience - the same experts delivering the scientific lectures on Day 1.

This is a rare opportunity to move beyond theory and:

• observe advanced techniques demonstrated live by highly experienced practitioners,

• understand why specific decisions are made in complex cases,

• learn refined working methods, subtle adjustments, and clinical nuances developed over decades of practice,

• and apply these techniques yourself under expert supervision.

Participants will actively take part in hands-on practice, guided troubleshooting, and direct discussion with the speakers - not passive observation.

Workshop participation is intentionally limited to ensure:

• full visibility of technique execution,

• meaningful interaction and in-depth answers to clinical questions,

• true educational value through hands-on learning.

Eligibility

Participation in workshops is available exclusively to certified electrologists.

Proof of professional certification must be submitted during registration.

Maximum 40 participants.

A strictly limited opportunity designed for professionals seeking advanced, experience-based education.

Day 2 Hands-on Workshops (Limited to 40 participants)

Electrologist & Aesthetician • 20+ years of experience • Educator

Former Board Director (2021–2023) of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis (BIAE)

Lecture: Clear or Careful? The dilemma in strategic planning of facial electrolysis treatment
One of the most critical challenges in facial work: balancing fast clearance with long-term skin integrity.

Geri presents a structured decision-making algorithm to help practitioners choose the right strategy for each client — especially in complex cases such as hormone-related and laser-induced hair growth.

SPEAKER

Geri Panayotova MBIAE, BSc, CIBTAC (UK)

Certified Professional Electrologist • Instructor • Innovator & Author

Practicing since 1986 • President of the Electrology Association of Illinois

Lectures, Panel & Hands-on Workshops

Kelly brings rare technical depth across major modalities:
advanced thermolysis, galvanic techniques, and blend approaches — connecting machine behavior, technique selection, and tissue response into actionable clinical reasoning.

SPEAKER

Kelly Morrissy CPE (USA)

Electrologist • Educator • Founder of ZAP Electrology Academy and ZAP Studio

Lecture: Building electrology where the method was unknown — and the clinical mistakes I see most often

Ema shares the real path of building a science-based method in an environment with limited training resources: from minimal foundational education to years of study and integration across European and US knowledge.

This session also addresses the most common practical mistakes seen in treatment execution and planning — the ones that quietly sabotage results and skin quality.

SPEAKER

Ema Kazėnienė (LT)

Ukrainian electrologist • Educator • 5 years of experience

Founder of an electrology studio in Warsaw

Lecture: Apilus method selection — how to choose the right modality for the case in front of you

A practical, clinically oriented session focused on how experienced practitioners decide between Apilus modalities based on hair type, tissue response, treatment goals, and long-term outcomes — beyond habit-based settings.

SPEAKER

Marharyta Cherkes (UA / Warsaw)

Accredited and registered electrologist • Nearly 40 years of clinical experience • Educator

Founder of a private electrolysis and natural skincare practice in the UK, specialising in complex and long-term electrolysis cases.

Lecture: White Hair in Electrolysis: Why It Appears and Why Treated Areas Can Repigment

White hair presents one of the most misunderstood challenges in electrolysis practice. In this lecture, Julia explores the clinical phenomenon of white hair appearance and the observed repigmentation of surrounding hairs during the course of electrolysis treatment.

Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, she examines potential physiological and environmental mechanisms behind these changes, separating common myths from clinically observed patterns. The session focuses on how practitioners should interpret these responses, communicate them to clients, and adjust treatment planning without compromising outcomes or trust.

SPEAKER

Julia Wallis (UK)

Dermatovenerologist • Trichologist • Hair & scalp disorders specialist

Specialising in the diagnostic assessment and clinical management of complex hair and scalp conditions, Dr. Aistė Audickaitė brings a medical perspective that bridges dermatology, trichology, and aesthetic practice. In her clinical work, she manages a wide spectrum of hair loss and thinning disorders, inflammatory scalp diseases, and treatment-resistant dermatological cases.

Her expertise integrates evidence-based dermatology with practical therapeutic decision-making, offering clinicians deeper understanding of follicular biology, scalp pathology, and systemic factors influencing hair growth.

Lecture: Hair Follicle Stem Cells: Structure, Function and Clinical Significance

In this session, Dr. Audickaitė explores the biological role of hair follicle stem cells and their relevance in both physiological hair cycling and pathological conditions. The lecture examines how stem cell activity influences hair regeneration, treatment response, and long-term follicular outcomes - providing clinically applicable insight for practitioners working with hair removal, hair disorders, and follicle-targeted interventions.
